Need help with wireless card.

I recently reformatted my laptop and I, being the idiot that I am, lost my driver cd for my intel wireless adapter. I know it's an intel, but I can't remember the model number so I'm trying to determine what my wireless adapter is. I really don't want to have to open my laptop because I'm not very used to having to fiddle around with laptops. Anything I can do?

Knowing the laptop model we should be able to find it by Googleing the model number and reading any page with specs, hopefully an Intel page with details. Should be pretty easy, they use similar cards for a long time with easy to use drivers. Of course some sysinfo programs might identify it. Problem is, if Windows does not recognize it, then most sysinfo programs will not. Once we get the model of your laptop we can find the drivers here:

I got my laptop from ibuypower and it doesn't have a model number like a dell would have.

I was finally able to find some documentation after searching for three days about my wireless card and I installed the drivers and it works fine thanks for the help.
