Need Help!!!!

I have tried to follow all the recommendations on the threads (which by the way are very detailed steps), however, this computer seems to be very infected with numerous things.

For once, I can't seem to be able to update windows. There are way too many pop-ups that prevent it. When I was finally able to go thru the entire process, it gave me an error message at the end that the updates were unsuccessful.

I have tried many of the mentioned software, both normal and safe mode, and have also been unsuccessful. The only that I seem to be able to run semi-ok was counter spy but only in normal mode. I really don’t know what else to do.

I have an extra new hard drive available. Should I just replace the HD? If so, will the Malware/spyware continue on the new HD?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Did you try the shownew and runkeys step ? You should be able to get these logs with no issues.
