I want to make a partition on my laptop..I already tried to use Norton Partition Magic 8.0, but somehow it can't... It shows that I have 2 partition already...One is my main hard drive...the other one is unknown...it only says it's a "Local Disk" the size of it is 251 MB, and "Type 88".. When I tried to make a partition it said that the selected disk contains one or more partition that cannot be removed...This happen either I choose my main disk or the other one...What should I do to make a partition?
My laptop specs: Toshiba Satellite A105
    CPU Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T5500 @ 1.66GHz
    Physical Memory 1024MB RAM
Hard Disk Capacity 160,039,272,960 [Byte] 149.048 [GB]

Do you have any idea to help me?

That 251 Mb mystery drive is likely the partition that holds the factory restore information.

Shrink the non-251MB partition then in the space created, format to NTFS or FAT32 and you have your 2nd non hidden partition.
Also run chkdsk and defrag before you start shrinking the main partition.

The NON-251MB partition is already in the format of NTFS, so all i need to do now is just shrink it? If yes, to what size?
