Need help

    Hey guys, I need a little help. My laptop has been infected by System Defender. I can't open my control panel to uninstall anything, and my security systems have been disabled. This laptop used to be my sisters and for some reason she had the firewall disabled. We have dialup internet, because we live in the country, but its running a lot slower than normal. Any assistance would be appreciated.
