Need Help!

Hi there!

I seem to have a very bad problem with my computer. Earlier on today my internet connection became very slow and innefectual. Web pages are very slow to load or dont load at all etc. I ran my ant-virus software but found nothing. I then done everything on the malware removal guide but still nothing was found. A few hours later my other pc in my house began showing signs of a virus infection. Internet was failing and anti-virus software wasnt being allowed to update. Ive also found out that i am unable to restore either pc.

Any help would be much appreciated

on the other computer in the house a virus was found. It is called HackTool.Win32.Delf.fm

It says its uploading for around 10 mins and then the connection is reset

dont know if this is relevent at all but when i was having a look about my comp i came a cross a new user account called ASP.NET Machine A's. Havnt got a clue how it got there.

 

For about 5 minutes or so my computer was back to normal and i was able to install a new anti-virus program and update it. I then scanned my comp and found a trojan horse called TR/Agent.62328 which i deleted.
