Need Help

    I have run through the various steps and they seem to have eliminated the minor malware issues, but the major ones still remain and it's irking me in the extreme. I will include the panda scan logfile when it completes, but it's taking a really long time so I decided to get started with my plea while it's ongoing. Any assistance would be amazing.

    Here is the panda scan,it wouldn't upload as a txt file for some reason so I had to put it in the annoying word format, and this HJT logfile is with all browser windows closed
