Need Info re: .cab files

If this is in wrong forum, I do apologize.
I have downloaded some stationery cab files for word & outlook 2003 and I don't know how to use them. Do I need to extract @ one and then place it where? :-o I really didn't think I was this illiterate but, I guess we learn something new everyday, huh. Really I am not a total computer dummy ( I know that cuz I have been a MGer for a lot of years now) I really just need to know how to use these .cab files. I appreciate these forums immensely. Usually find my answers by searching.

I've never used Outlook so I'm no help on that.

Welcome aboard. Repost your request in a new thread in software forums including OS version and make/model of your machine, how it happened to the best of your recollection. We have nothing at all to go on here. Check your device manager to see if you have any yellow triangles in there and include that info also.
