Need MAJOR HELP!

Due to my own stupidity and surfing sites like myspace and others that I shouldn't at work I now have a virus and or malware/spyware on my office PC. Everytime I open a internet explorer window this is what pops up...


System Error! Computer is infected by unknown trojan. Its dangerous for your system and critical files can be lost. Click ok to download spyware scanning program. I STUPIDLY clicked yes...and thats when the real issues started. Now EVERYTIME I open a internet explorer window that box pops up. Whenever I navigate within a website, the box pops up..I click on a different scection of a website and the box pops up...get my point? Anyways, I downloaded Spyware Terminator, and it seemed to help the problem for a bit then the problem returned. I also followed the instruction that this site provided in downloading and using FIXIEDEF and it detected this as the prob

C:\Program Files\Files-Secure

So I went into the control panel/programs and attempted to hand delete it and it won't uninstall! Someone, please HELP! Is there anything I can do to get rid of this trojan? Any help that you can give will be GREATLY appreciated! Below is the log from FIXIEDEF
