Need some guidance trojan alwaysup

    Can someone who is knowledgeable about the trojan always up, guide me in cleaning up this virus? I am not seeing effects or pop ups yet from it, but it did say Norton detected it yesterday. Any help would be extremely appreciative. Thank you kindly, Jamie
