Need some help with UBCD ?????

At 2:01 this guy opens the UBCD ISO but it seems i can not run or even open.unless i use Winrar.

These are what so to pop up.I made attachments of Pics.

Is there some kinda Codec pack or some thing For XP or setting that will allow me to open.

 

I do not get how he opens a ISO file off his Desktop.I can not open mine.I got it off this site.

 

I can't tell what he's doing, but then I'm not very knowledgeable about that stuff.

The whole idea is to create the .iso file and burn it on a CD so that you have a bootable CD. That's how I remember doing it.

Once you have gone through the build process, you just burn the .iso.
Put that CD in your (#1) CD drive and reboot.
The BIOS should be set to check that drive first as a boot device.
