Need some help with virus/malware removal

I've tried several things to remove some kind of virus/malware hidden on this computer. It won't allow me to change IE internet options, open msconfig, change services properties, or install superantispyware. I've run malwarebytes and it found a few things, tried trendmicro online scan, finds nothing, tried kaspersky, found nothing, spybot finds a few spyware things but the fix button doesnt work. Windows vista 32bit home ultimate. I am attaching the MG scan log. Thanks!

You need to attach the other logs from Malwarebytes and ComboFix that we requested.

Since you ran Malwarebytes more than once, attach both logs found as below:

When you try to install SUPERAntiSpyware, exactly what happens? Have you tried installing it after shutting down Norton?
