need some help

Hi, I was on this forum a few years ago and you all helped me out much. One of my computers has been having issues lately. I don't want to reinstall so hopefully you all can help fix my problems.

I went through the steps listed in the sticky thread and it somewhat helped. I had that antipro 2009 thing installed somehow, and I got it removed. but I'm still getting pop ups in my Mozzilla browsers and some missing DLL's one start up. I'm not sure what more I can do at this point. DO you think it would be appropriate for me to post a Hijack log at this point?

If you ran the READ & RUN ME and still have problems, you need to follow the instructions that were given. The below is a quote from the Win XP cleaning instructions.

Step 3: Do You Still Have Problems

Yes, I’m still having problems

DO NOT run the READ ME again!!!! Please attach your logs as given below.

If you do not already have a thread started, start a new thread otherwise post the following in your original thread. Clearly describe in detail the problems you are having and how long ago they started. Think about what you were doing at the time.

Now you need to attach (See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post ) the below logs created while running the above scans

SASlog.txt log from SuperAntiSpyware.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

ComboFix.txt (normally C:\ComboFix.txt)

MGlogs.zip - normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip - only attach this log from MGtools.exe DO NOT attach any logs seen in the MGtools folder.

You will need to post 2 messages to attach all four logs since only 3 attachments are allowed in any single message. Post all of them in one thread.

Be patient after posting your logs and wait for one of the helpers to get to you. It can take a while to read thru all of the logs and to create individual fixes for you.

Ok, I'm getting you 3 of the logs. The MGtools, I could not find. I'm not sure why I didnt get a log since I ran the program. I'll try it again later and see if I can get it to you.

The log is right where the procedure said it would be. C:\MGlogs.zip I can even see it listed in your ComboFix log which means you must have run ComboFix after running MGtools which is the wrong order. Run MGtools again and then attach the new log.
