Need to covnert .jpg to vector

    Hi,

    I have a .jpg file that I need to convert to Vector. This is a one-time need, so I can't justify buying a big-honkin' conversion program to do the job, or paying our local print-rapist $250 for a few seconds work. Can anyone recommend a quickie free or cheap solution? Thanks in advance for all replies.

    I am running Windows 2000.
