Need to Remove Software

Just bought a new 20" Samsung monitor, installed the software, and now my system's locked up. Apparently Samsung's aware of a software problem but their tech support has gone home for the day. I've rebooted, gone into the control pannel to remove the software and the system locks up. I tried to do a system restore and the system locks up. Is there any way I can remove the software before my system locks up?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?

When you turn your computer on, tap the F8 key (usually its F8) and choose the option to start in safe mode, then try to uninstall the software this way

 

Got that taken care of But...........

I unhooked the Samsung monitor and connected an old CRT. That allowed me to remove the software. I am going to install the drivers and I'm prompted with "Analog" or Digital"

What do you think? I'm guessing digital but I don't know for sure. If it makes any difference, the monitor's a flat pannel and we're connected to cable for internet service

Depending on the type of video card, it may only support an analog signal (the 15-pin cable with the blue connectors). But if your video card does support digital (can't remember the number of pins, but the connector is a white-ish color if i remember correctly) the by all means use that.
