   Hello,
   I unfortunately caught the pc-cleaner/trojan virus a couple of nights ago. I've never had a computer virus so I have no idea how to handle this. Norton and Spy Doctor have both failed to fix this problem.
   
   Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
