Need Update List On What To Avoid.

Updating one of my older Laptops to windows 7 use.I am trying to find what updates to avoid for all the nag's.I have an older copy of windows 7 that does not have the unsupported hardware popup message.Trying to locate all the updates with a current list.Been searching around i only have a select couple of updates in some of the list.I am trying to avoid getting all the annoying ad's pop ups along with some if not most of the telemetry.

Any idea on a current list.I have been doing a search for the last few hours.Some of the information is stating that the Quality Rollup's have these things.
