Hi, 13hours continueosly trying to remove these spywares off my computer!.. time to call for help :)

I've downloaded the new yahoo! toolbar which contained the anti-spy program by CA, scanned my computer via that online anti-spy scanner, and these 2 spywares showed: SillyDi DIC (Trojan) c:\autorun.inf ,
    Cekar AM (Trojan) hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\ndisprot
the only thing is that the antispy won't let me remove it!!...tried ccleaner and with no use, also full scanned with AVG 8.0 but it didn't detect the spywares :(
What more can i do now without losing my files?

and ye Ask toolbar got installed without my knowledge, i uninstalled it recently though, Sadly all scan logs were removed by CCleaner :S

    Thank you.

PS. using windows vista home premium, Toshiba laptop.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
    Notes:
    1. If you run into problems trying to run theREAD & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

That may be but that doesn't mean you're completely clean, I would still recommend running our scans and attaching the requested logs so we can confirm you're clean. It's up to you but I would recommend it.:)
