Need your help

Hi All,

Not sure if i am in the right place with this but here go's i have a fujitsu siemens primergy B210, with intell pentium 3 duel core processors and 1gb of ram 4 hard drives although small at 18gb each...
My problem is when i do a complete reinstall my monitor is not detected and i have to go into safe mode and click on the vga .....
Any ideas as to the problem and how to rectify it please as it's a bit of a pain....

When you say your monitor is not detected what exactly do you mean?

If it's working OK in safe Mode I would suspect its either loading the wrong video driver (if the screen goes blank) or the driver is correct but corrupted. If it is the latter when you are in safe mode go to the device manager and delete the driver that is there to allow Windows to redetect it. If it still fails to work download the latest version of the driver from the manufacturer's web site.

 

Yeah.... what do you mean....

Hmmmm.... something is wrong here.... Pentium 3 dual core??? And more than one??? You did say processorS as in plural, meaning more than one.... please clarify.
