Needs Virus Hep..

I do not know what type I have on the system. But something is not right here. I went to go into a site this morning and clicked on something I shoud not have. I have ran Mcafee, adaware and combofix. It seems better after combofix, but below is a list of things that just are not right.

My icon titles are in blue and underline.
When I go on the web, I keep getting sent to a site to buy spyware and such. Saying that I am vunderable for attacks and such.
My start menu is missing alot of the items, like all programs, my computer, control panel and etc.
On the right side of my clock, I have virus alert.
It also says my windows updates are turned off, when you go and check they are on.
Probably alot more, but where do I go from here.

Any help is appreciated....

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the logs when you're finished. You will probably get some relief from these symptoms as you work through the instructions and after we get the logs, we can see what files still need to be removed manually.
