NERO 7 Ultimate Edition

Hey y'all this is a dumb question but here goes. I got the OEM version of Nero 6 and the only thing I'm really disappointed with is that I cannot convert .AVI files to DVD (VIDEO_TS...) Does the full version of Nero 7 covert video files to dvd? The Nero site seemed vague about what it could do so now I come to the experts here at MG for help.

i have nero7 and yes it can convert .avi to dvd, you can convert and burn straight to disk or save to your hdd to burn later

 

get nero vision its a add on for nero 6 it converts avi to dvd. but it is included with nero 7.. hope that helps

 

Or you can do it all with DVD Flick! It's 100% FREE It will convert all your AVI's and MPEG's (and other formats) to DVD (VOB files) and burn 'em so you can watch 'em in your home DVD player. I use DVD Flick all the time and it works great!!!!! Never a bad burn!

Thanks y'all I dl'd DVD Flick and am about to try it on of all things a collection of Backyardigans episodes so hopefully all will work well. If not I guess I'll break down and buy Nero 7
