Nero 9 Convert PAL To NTSC

    I purchased a collectors box set today, with 3 CD's and One DVD. The DVD is PAL and I want to Convert it to NTSC to watch on my DVD player. Or I will hae to always watch it on my computer. Would anyone happen to know if I can use Nero 9 to do this? And if so would you mind telling me step by step?
