Nestopia Issue

    I recently reinstalled Windows and now cannot get Nestopia to work.

    I get this error message when trying to open Nestopia 1.39 "The procedure entry point DdEntry10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll"

    I downloaded directx 9.0c from the microsoft download center but it will not install. I get an error message that it is not compatible with this version of Windows.

    Any advice on how I might can fix this issue?
