Net Framework and Paint

Yes I made a thread not to long ago about me uninstalling the paint.net that I downloaded from another site(hopefully its trusted), also got the .net framework from there. Well I deleted them, then I came home tonight(and found out) that my gf tried to install the frameworks(she said 2 but I see 3 in the add/remove) anyways also the paint.net! Anyways I tried to uninstall them because I told her about you guys having trusted links to download from. And also the paint.net I told her was here to. Anyways I tried to uninstall the paint.net and it said some issue about something in the words of something may not work after this so it can not finish. Then pops up fatal error. So I tried to remove the other 2 frameworks, well then those gave issues. Anyways I finally was able to uninstall one and then another one finally uninstalled.. (which I hope properly uninstalled). Then the third was fisty but I think I got it. Anyways the paint.net wont uninstall or delete. It says it cant due to fatal error. So I was wondering what to do and how to get rid of this.
