.net problem with vista

rolleyes Windows update keeps trying to install the new .NET Framework 4 and the install keeps failing. How can I get this to work? I copied the error code below:

I have often downloade seperately, and saved these files, so that I can update in my own time.
Try download and save to your hard drive, then try the install.
