Netbus alert in norton ticker?

Hey all.

I've recently reformatted and reinstalled all my toys and gear. I left my PC on all day while I was at work and came home to find that my norton had blocked that pesky Netus trojan.

I immediately updated and ran my norton, panda active, spybot and made sure my PeerGuardian was up to date. My HJT had some random garbage in it so I cleaned up a little and ran all my scans. Nothing came up except for a few minor things that didn't appear again after a rescan.

I googled netbus and came up with this link:

None of the registry keys matched the symptoms.

I downloaded, updated, and ran TrojanRemover 6.4.6 from your downloads. Nothing found.

After all this I found no reference to the Netbus attempt on my PC. From what I've read I actually have to act as a server in order to instigate an attack correct? Like a beacon of sorts? If so, how can all these scans come up as clean?

So I think I followed everything correctly on your above link for preparing to post HJT logs. Any help is greatly appreciated. (I hate trouble this early on a freshly wiped PC. )

 

Post the other 2 logs as per our tutorial.

Your HijackThis log looks like it is from Safe Mode. We need one from Normal Mode.

 

That HJT log was from normal mode

I'm assuming the other two logs you're talking about are the Panda Active and BitDefender...Rescanning them now to save logs. Sorry for missing them the first time. ><

Will attatch them as soon as the logs are saved.

 

Ok...As promised I redid my bitdefender and panda scans...the BD log is attatched, but for the life of me I can't find the Panda log anywhere. I did a search on my HD and I couldn't find a save option on the actual scan itself.
