Ok chaps need ur help with this 1 a friend has no internet due to this nasty 1. Im in manchester he is in portsmouth so i cant get down to do it.... Basically he has removed it via his antivirus and I have helped him through manually deleting parts of it including add remove etc. I also got a friend to take a floppy disk with him to give him 2 programs called LSPFIX and Hoster which a web site said to be done to sort out his internet...

Basically his internet will not work at all tried everything i can think of to get it sorted but it just says limited or no connectivity etc

I cant get him to do things which require more programs or internet access so any ideas would be gr8

This baddie will bork your internet connection if removed improperly!

You didn't give too much detail on what your friend did . . . You should have them run LSP-Fix and just click the "Finish" button and see if that helps.

Eventually, they reallly ought to run the Tutorial that Adrynalyne linked above!
