Netmometo.dll?

Hello

Been having an issue with one of my machines. AVG picked up a virus alert so I followed the recommendations and cleaned the file. It put it in the virus vault but as soon as I did that, I started getting the following message when ANY program tries to run.

"The application has failed to start because netmometo.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I can not find ANYTHING on "netmometo.dll". AVG also says that the infection is a Trojan Horse Crypt.RFZ.

Any suggestions?

(BTW, I'm in the process of following the step by step cleaning suggestions listed in this forum but I wanted to go ahead and get this posted)

Until you do this, there is not much we can do for you. One suggestion would be to remove the netmometo.dll file from the AVG vault and don't let it remove it again until we can run our procedures on your logs.

Also you could put the netmometo.dll into a ZIP file and attach it here so we can check it out.

Woot! Problem was fixed with the combofix program.

Please attach the last log we requested which is from running MGtools. Once you do this, we can finish verifying your status.
