NETSETUP can't locate 'VSERVER.VXD"

    I ran the Network Setup Wizard on an XP/Pro with no problem. Created NETSETUP. Ran NETSETUP on Win 98 SE, getting a 'Vserver.vxd' not found.
    Searched on both the hard drive and the Windows 98 Second Edition CD with no luck. Is there a way to get this file somewhere?
