Netware users?

We're using Netware 3.12 on a file and print server called mathew. There are three users 1Rino, Sherry and AP1. Now, I have copied the print job definitions from 1rino to both sherry and ap1. When sherry uses the script to launch our accounting app (it uses a capture command), it works fine. When AP1 uses the same script, we get told that the printcon definition we are trying to use is invalid. I've used the printcon utility and the particular job does seem to exist.

Why doesn't AP1 have this definition? Thanks in advance!
