I've seen a few forum posts about this but nothing recent. I would like to be able to view what all is going across my network, ideally showing device, application, and which websites they are visiting. I really like Cascade Pilot, but at $500 plus $200/year for updates, its not exactly in my weekly allowance. I tried Netlimiter3, and it wasn't bad but only seemed to show information from my PC. If I can get more information by setting up in a different location on my network please let me know. If I can find something that will work well and give me some nice graphs of what is going on, I'm thinking about setting up cheap PC off of a hub to use for specifically this. I would really like to get a good idea of what is going on throughout my network on a regular basis.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

A Smoothwall or pfsense box to route the traffic through. If you do not want to route everything through one of the aforementioned, you can run RRDTool on a stand alone server & proxy stuff through it. http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/index.en.html
