   Hi
   
   I know some folk have gotten 4.9 to work on some x64 Vista PCs, so what build of 4.9.8185 is yours as later ones are supposed to work, or upgrade to 5.x
   
   Did you install from the Admin account?
   
   Did you disable all security software (AV, Firewalls, Antispyware) applicatons?
   
   If you gained any errors on installing what where they in full?
