Network PC and Laptop wirelessly

    I had my PC and laptop networked through my wifi connection so that when i went into i think "Network Connections" or some folder like that, it would show my pc hard drive in that file on my laptop, and i could use stuff off my PC hard drive on my laptop.

    I recently upgraded My PC from XP Pro SP3 32Bit to 7 Ultimate 32bit.

    How do i do this in Windows 7? my laptop is still running XP home sp3 32bit.
