    Hey all Major Geeks,

    I have a unique problem. After a weekend away from the office all the network printers stopped working for everyone in the office (we did have some big thunderstorms and a few outages but we have them plugged into a battery backup / surge protector).

    Here is my question:

    None of the printers could be seen on the wireless network, when I plugged my laptop into the network I could see the printers fine (still could not print though)..I reinstalled the printers while wired to the network and could print fine. As soon as I unplug the printers they disappear.

    Any idea why this is happening?

    The router works for wireless Internet and the Printers are set to static IP's and when I go into the Network setup on the printers, everything looks good.

    Topology is as follows:

    Cable Modem -> Wireless Router...
    Wireless Router -> Dell 2355 Network Printer & Samsung CLP Printer
    Wireless Router -> Unmanaged Switch -> 5 Laptops

    Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Robb
