Hello Everybody, I hope someone can help me out with this problem i am having with a Oce CM4521. This is a network printer and today nobody was able to print to this. The printer was showing "offline". So, first i tried to power cycle the printer, then i had the users powercycle their PC's. The printer stopped showing as "offline" but still nobody was able to print to it. I had each user remove and re-add the print. Again, now showing "ready", nobody is able to print to it. Except now they are getting no errors when attempting to print, it shows the users X amount of documents being sent to printer, but nothing shows in the print queue and nothing comes out of the printer. I tried to completely remove the network port and then re-add it and assign the printer a new IP address. As of right now this fixed the issue for all the users...except one shared resouce PC. The local Admin account can print, but no domain accounts. I checked logs and it doesn't show anything about not being able to authenticate, checked security groups and permissions and network connectivity. Anyone have any Ideas on what i should try next? All PC's mentioned are Win7 x64, printer issue not specific to any one appliction.

After hours of trial and error i was able to narrow this down to being a corrupted print driver, but was unable to remove the driver package stating that it was already in use even after all profiles were deleted and all printers removed. I had to stop the print spooler, edit HKLM\systen\currentcontrolset\control\print\environments\windows x64\print processors All processors listed needed to be renamed to .old then start the print spooler. Open the MMC and go into print management delete the driver package, rename the .old print processors back to original names and restart the print spooler again. Then i was able to add the printer and the new driver without any issues. I hope this will save someone else time in future if they ever run into a similar issue.
