Network Printing through share over VPN

So this has given me quite the headache lately.
I have a peer to peer network at one location, with one workstation using VPN to connect to another PC at a location 20 miles away. Lets call the peer to peer network location A, and the Workstation 20 miles away, location B.
The Samsung Printer directly connected to the computer at location B, works Fine from that PC. As well as it works fine from the connecting computer at location A. It is also being shared off of that computer on the network at location A. All the properties for it however are grayed out. and No one can connect to the printer via the share. They can see it, but when attempting to connect to it, they recieve an access denied. I tried to trick it by creating a local printer on a workstation then changing the port mapping to point through the network, and had the same result.
I dont understand why the PC that connects to the VPN can print to the printer fine, but no one else on the network that tries to access it through the share can..
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

OH and I forgot a valuable piece of info. all computers involved are XP home.

 

Well I half way fixed my own problem. I had to enable the guest account to be able to print to the shared printer on the network, and enable the guest account on the computer at location B. Now i do not get an access denied error, however the Computer that connects to the VPN on the network at location A, queues the print jobs from the networked PC's and never sends them?
any ideas?
