network with dsl

I finally got back on DSl and plan to network my to second pc in a couple months after I save some money for hardware.
What I need to know is what will I need to get it going.
I will want it to be wireless. What is the cheapest way to go about it?
Modem is a Westell Dual Connect, WireSpeed.
It is connected by the ethernet slot, not usb.
