netzero connection disconnection

hi all ,been a while since i've posted, i switched isp back to netzero, plat., i still can't stay on long enought to download even a video, can anyone please help?, i like netzero but not the connection problem, i have connection keeper and set the pop up window feature, but it doesn't work , please help........

You need to give fuller information John:

Your Operating System and Service Pack installed?
What type of connection is it - wired with a modem or a router, or is it wireless etc?
Is it fast or dial up

sorry im stressed..
xp -3 -desktop ,e machine 2ghz 1250 ram -ie exp 7 ,dial up..

i know dial up is blech,
i do have it hooked up well ,stable line etc..
no line noise,
thought someone would know of another program like connection keeper that would,
get rid of those pop up windows netzero likes to bring up after an 1 hr or so, that say
you have been accidentally disconnected, do you want to reconnect?
