netzero help

    i just switched over to netzero and it works fine at first until the updates download. after that everytime i try to log on netzero crashes without an error except for internet explorers error report. if i uninstall then re-install itll work but itll automatically update again. i know a lil bit about simple problems and ive asked my friends and looked all over the net for similar problems with no sucess. if you need me to post any more information just say so. thanks in advance.

    Which windows version you using?
    only asking as Event Viewer error logs may have a clue as to which application is faulting apart from IE.

    Have you checked Netzero for updated software by going to their site ( I cannot access the downloads page as I'm not a member )?

    Is the service you have Dialup or Broadband?

    also they have a Connection Wizard which is suposed to help with issues.

    im runnin windows xp, i dled netzero's latest version already, im usin dialup and already used the connection wizard.
