    Interesting stuff,

I do see that the "prefab" technology would be something superb for using in any OS for users that have vision issues in allowing them a larger target area, so that when they are close to the button etc they want it snaps to it and highlights.... interesting idea for accessability

Business users may find this great as productivity could go up due to less wrong clicks, and in tech support (as in the video they use VLC to remote into a MAC from Windows and can control the menus etc) who in the case of the "bubble cursor" which once you get close to your target control point (button or tickbox) again a productivity enhancement.

Cheers for posting this JP, as I know a collegue in work who is working on (I'm just giving the medical input and manual segmentation/line drawing work) developing automated tools to detect eye disease, manly Diabetes and ARMD and we are coming at it from a slightly different direction to what the teams in the article are doing, but the idea "could" be used in this type of diagnostics approach, emailed work the links.
