OK I RAN ADVANCE SYSTEM CARE WELL I SEEN WHEN IT WAS CLEANING THERE WAS TROJAN.VUNDO AND ANOTHER TROJAN ON MY COMPUTER ( no it didnt detect it nor did my anti virus and yes evrythings up to date ) SO i CAME TO YOU GUYS WEBSITE AND DID THE MALWARE REMOVAL MY REPORTS ARE AS FOLLOWED MBE WELL THINGS SEEM TO BE RUNNING BETTER NOT SLUGGISH ANYMORE ALL BUT WHEN I OPEN MY BROWSER IT APPEARS TO BE A HEAD ON IT NEVER SEEN IT BEFORE AND WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT ? THX FOR YOUR HELP IF ANYTHING ELSE IS NEED LET ME KNOW

Wouldnt let me edit this post again anyways i figured out what the head was and it was users on my browser i did not put there and i deleted them there was like 3 and now chrome ( my browser ) is running slow and sluggish what do i need to do ?

Please refrain from using CAPS LOCK. It is considered shouting and is annoying to read.

You need to attach the correct logs from running the cleaning procedure. The logs from the below scans were requested:

RogueKiller
Malwarebyes
Hitman Prop
TDSSKiller
MGtools

The only one you attached was from TDSSkiller and that was not a complete log so you must not have followed the instructions for running it.. The others were not requested. Please see the instructions. You should not be looking in the MGtools folder unless we ask you to do so.
