New "Band".

Well, my friend and I have, for the past year, play music together, off and on. Probably 5 times in the past year. Anyway, we FINALLY found a drummer.

So, looks like we'll be playing a lot more, which I'm really looking forward to this. I play the bass btw.

 

So now you can get famous, get rich, get egos, split up and hate each other the rest of your lives.

Forming a band is one of the best things I think you can do. Playing live on stage (like we did last night) is even better

Bands are a great laugh. As long as you don't set out to be "the most amazing band on the planet", of course. That sort of band usually dies within a week, since there is one or two really good musicians who get bored with the others who have really big egos.

I was in a band which had another keyboard player who thought he was god because he could play arpeggios

Have fun with it And make sure you record a demo and put it online

 

Let me just explain a bit more. This is more of a band to have fun. Nothing really serious.

Though, eventually, we may play for a small gathering.
