New case - got questions

I put an Intel D815EEA2 into a new mid tower case. I don't know where to plug in some of the front panel stuff onto the mobo, specifically the power switch, the speaker and the 2 front USB inputs.
I can't get the product info from the links on Intel's site - server must be down for a while today.
Is there any other resource for mobo diagrams?

If you look close at the mobo it may also be printed on the board, I'd have to use magnifing glass.

I tried that link at least 10 times before I posted here - and kept getting "page cannot be displayed" error message. Sad part is I looked at that .pdf file (all 96 pages of it!) Friday morning. I shoulda printed the darned thing 'cause I can't get back to it!
