New computer not switching on.

PC Specs:

Corsair TX750(watt)
GTX 580
Core i7 ivy
ASRock P67 extreme5 gen3
2x4 G.skill Ripjaw
An SSD and a HDD as well.

Basically, the computer was assembled about a week from today and late last night that it had problems. After randomly shutting off during a moment of low consumption, it went into a restart loop that in which it remained powered on shorter and shorter each cycle. As of right now, the computer does not respond at all to power.

THINGS I'VE DONE:

-Using a power supply of a friend (corsair 650) achieved nothing
-Removing the SSD, HDD, and GPU while powering everything else did not turn the computer on
-Switching the ram sticks and powering them each 1 at a time also did nothing

Safe to say I'm at a loss. I was convinced that it was the power supply but after changing them out I have no idea what to think. Thanks for your time, any help would be appreciated.

 

Do the paper clip test on the suspected power supply,with the main motherboard power connector in hand short the green and any black wire with a paper clip bent in a U shape, the power supply should fire into life, remove the paper clip and the power supply should turn off.

If you have a multimeter you can test the voltages of various leads, they should all be within about a volt of their specification.

Cmos reset- disconnect from the AC ,find the small coin shaped battery on the motherboard and remove for 20 secs, replace then try to boot.

It does look as though your cpu or motherboard may be faulty and the only way to test them is with another computer in which they're compatible, you should try a cpu reseat first though.

Check the motherboard for any blown/leaking capacitors.
