New computer

I don't know what thread to put this in so i chose here. My computer is fried and im looking to get a new one does anyone know of a good one for under 450. I just need the system no mouse screen keyboard or speakers. I usually just download music surf the net and us instant messenger i was looking for something that would run a world of warcraft private server too.

 

You should be able to get a fairly decent PC for $450... but I doubt it would have the power or storage capacity for a WoW server. But, I'm not a WoW guy so I could be wrong, but I'd think you'd need at least 2gb RAM and 2x250gb SATA drives RAIDed (probably 2x500gb) and a mid-to-upper range video card, and I think you'd be hard pressed to do this for under $450... or under $600 for that matter.... I could be wrong tho'.... maybe someone else can shed some more light on this for both of us....
