New dll problem - gohtbkmq.dll

I am very careful about spyware, viruses, etc. but recently got hit. I had popups, exe files in my root directory and more. I ran the usual Adaware and then Spybot Search and Destroy. It eliminated some things, but the problems were still there. I have since gone through all of the Sticky threads and have run all of the procedures recommended including CCleaner, SUPERAntiSpy, Combofix, MGTools, etc. Most of the problems are gone, except one. When booting up, it takes longer than usual at "Loading personal settings" and then I get an error box that the file gohtbkmq.dll could not be located. I can not find a single reference to this in Google. I have searched my registry with no luck. How do I find what is trying to launch this in the first place?
