New Driver or malicious code?

Starting my computer, Zonealarm alerts that Netgear GA311.exe wants to install a new driver: MCHINJDRV.

I haven't had any problems I could identify stemming from insufficient network drivers, I haven't installed any new software, apart from a new version of CCleaner, so it looks suspicious to me. So far I have denied this driver but hould I allow it and if not, how can I stop this message popping up every time I start my computer? Zone Alarm does not remember if I tick the box "Remeber this setting".

Sorry I wasn't sure if this message should be here or in malware forum, but as the "new thread" button wasn't showing there...
