NEW here... sinowal. trojan help

ive been reading through different forums on this trojan. im not even sure that is what i have but let me tell u my problem.

i only really use this computer for gaming and looking through different car-related forums, but my wife always goes to those damn facebook and Myspace layout pages and shit like that. everytime i end up with a different virus :cry

***so right now i get a pop up saying:
security center alert
(this window looks like the MS WINDOWS firewall)

name: sinowal.trojan
risk level: high
Description: sinowal.trojan is a program that records keystrokes and takes screenshots of the computer, stealing info and finacial info.

then it has a button to "enable protection" which brings you to a website trying to get u to buy some bogus antispyware program.

***other problem i have is when i open up my firefoc browser it says basically the same thing i wrote above with links to that bogus software.

so far from reading other posts(not on this forum) i have DL: Malwarebytes, superantispyware checker, ATF cleaner, SDfix, HiJackthis

they found a few trojans and such but i still get that pop up, and web browser message.

ANY HELP WOULD ROCK!!! i really dont wanna do another harddrive wipe :cry

Hi

Deleted your outburst above, uncalled for but likely maybe a product of your young age, BUT sadly as malware is a growing issue, its not easy for many forums to answer you straight away as we all do this freely (we dont get paid) in our own spare time out of the goodness of our little hearts, so as we all have family lives and friends and lifes general stuff to deal with, some patience is required 24/36hrs for someone to get to reviewing what is 1000s of posts per day.

But if you wish to start again and be civil with out resourting to calling us names, then follow the below and once finished attach all the logs as requested and "maybe" one of our malware experts who are really good at what they do may just decide to help you dispite your outburst! (name calling post above removed)

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
