New HP envy 14' laptop audio stutter

Hi,

I recently bought a new laptop and after a while it started stuttering while playing audio (VLC, spotify) randomly. I went so far as to refresh the entire laptop, but it's back again... I think I tried all the obvious, checking drivers, disabling startup processes/services that might interrupt, ...
Could someone tell me how I could diagnose this problem even more?
EDIT: For everything else, the laptop performs very nicely...

I tried running LatencyMon to get more of an idea of what was going on, several possibilities are listed, but could someone with some experience take a look at the report?
