New Job.

So, I did say I was thinking about being the new director of IT at my local government. I declined. Instead I put in my resume in the 2nd largest business in town. I'm happy to say, that I got hired.

So what will you be doing for this large business? Aside from collecting a regular paycheck that comes with benefits and retirement options, I mean.

 

Take my work experience from implementing a vdi solution at the local government and doing a rather large POC at my new job. Hope I get to start soon on it. I mostly nowadays specialize in virtualization, mostly with vmware.

But, I'll help with any other solutions that they require, with what best fits the company.

Now, I'm just learning how things operate. Its quite different from local government.
