Just bought a Asus G60 JX at Best Buy today. Was using Windows Uninstaller to uninstall Best Buy bloatware including trialsoftware and machine locked up.
Wont respond to task manager, control alt delete, won"t turn off neither with pressing power button, nor will turn off when the laptop is shut. Just sits there with power still on, and system locked up.

    ANY advice is much appreciate

First thing to try is to remove power cord and battery, hold 'on' button on for 30 seconds, then put back battery and connect power cord.

Holding down the start button for at least 10 seconds should shut laptop off.
I hope you did a system restore before all the bloatware removl- sometimes windows does it for you- anyway, restart , press F8,and choose last known good configuration- uninstalling too much at a time, can cause this, but is usually safe when using windows own uninstallation method.
If you are determined to get rid of more, remember to set a system restore point, before uninstalling EACH PROGRAM, then you can find the awkward one.
